VIP Guests receive 6 feet of table space, an up-graded goody bag, everything listed above, plus a chair massage during the event sponsored by Hand & Stone. Other surprises will be well, a surprise!

The Florida State Fairgrounds Special Events Center is HUGE! There will be plenty of room between the guest tables and around the vendors, auction and food areas.
Food: There will be lunch, dessert, snacks, dinner and more dessert!
There will be soda, water and coffee beverages available all day
Details regarding food will be emailed to guests prior to the event.
Vegan & Gluten-free meals are an option on the registration page.
Vendors & Make N Takes: So far we have 17 Vendors and 8 Make N Takes. The Make N Take schedule (and list of Vendors) will be announced prior to the event via emailand will be announced at the event, too.
Seating: All tables seat 8 guests. There are VIP tables and Deluxe tables. When you fill out the registration information there is a place to write in with whom you would like to sit. We do everything possible to honor all requests, but we cannot seat VIP and Deluxe guests at the same table.
What to bring: Whatever you want to work on! Most guests scrapbook, but many make cards, tags or even quilt! We also suggest bringing a sweater, as everyone has a different temperature preference -- and lots of money to spend on the Auctions and Vendors! (Credit Cards are accepted by most)
WiFi: There will be Free WiFi available for everyone.
Outlets: The venue does not have extra outlets in the room. We are charged for every outlet that they set-up for us. We will have a couple "Power Tables" set up in the room for guests to share. You can bring your Cricut or other electrical tools and use the outlets on these tables. If you would like an outlet at your seat, the charge is $90. You can share this charge with friends at your table.
"Recycle Sale/Bazaar": As always, we will have a Bazaar of previous owned scrapbooking and crafting items available for a suggested donation. If you would like to donate any items to support the children of Joshua House, please deliver to Scraporium before September 1st. If you have a large amount or need a different drop-off location, please contact Nanci to make arrangements. (Contact info below)
You may cancel your registration within 3 days of your registration date for a full refund
You may cancel your registration before September 1st for a refund, minus a $10.00 processing fee.
There are no refunds after September 1st.
CROPMania is a fundraiser for Friends of Joshua House Foundation, Inc. All money raised goes to improve the lives of the abused, abandoned and neglected foster children living at Joshua House. Joshua House is located in Lutz, FL and has been serving foster children for 25 years.
A part of your registration fee is tax deductible. Details will be included in your "thank you letter" which you will receive when you arrive at CROPMania.
